Most of us know the benefits of a high vibration, but some days, no matter how hard you try, you may feel in a funk, a bad mood or just feel ‘bleh’ about your life.
It happens to all of us no matter how enlightened, but the more awareness you can bring to this state, the easier it will be to navigate through it.
Feeling down is natural and normal. Allow yourself to go there, allow yourself to sit in that state for as long as you need to. Get to know what your body, mind and heart is telling you. Accept it- it’s ok to feel down and it is ok to feel negative sometimes.

Perhaps take the time to make a playlist of songs that you love and have it handy for those days that you just need some encouragement. Try to choose songs that get you wanting to move or sing, as these can be the most powerful when it comes to raising your vibes.
2. Watch a Funny Video
The idea with this one is to get you laughing. Laughing can instantly raise your vibration and help to clear away and release any stagnant energy. There are so many funny clips to watch on YouTube, so browse through a couple and find some that make you laugh.
3. Get Some Fresh Air
A dose of fresh air can do wonders for the soul and can help to lift your vibration instantly. Take a short walk or simply step outside and feel the breeze over your face and body. Take 4-5 deep inhales and exhales and relax as your vibration lifts.
4. Do Something For Someone Else
Sometimes the best way to feel better about yourself is to help someone else feel better about themselves. It doesn’t have to be a grand act, even something as small as holding a door open for someone or sending a loving text message to a friend can go a long way to helping lift your spirits.
5. Make a Gratitude List
Gratitude is definitely one of the fastest and best ways to raise your vibration. Simply take a minute to think about all the things that you feel grateful for you in your life. It can be something as simple as “access to clean water” or something more specific about0 where you are in your life. By bringing your awareness to all that you feel thankful for, it can boost your frequency and help you to focus on the positive.
These small, yet powerful acts can give you the boost you need to shift your vibration to a higher level. While they may not be long term fixes, they can help to give you a push in the right direction.
